Land and Home Sold at Auction

On Oct 6th, we had a ranch and land auction with fantastic results. Our 3-tract, multi-par auction system in conjunction with our friends, Andy Conser and team, at United Country – Heart of America Real Estate and Auction Services. 12 registered bidders kept the bidding running for nearly an hour. When all was said and done, the final sale ticket was well above the reserve price. Harvest is the season for auctions, and they are alive and well.
