Robertson Tract #4

Land Sale Details

This 79-acre property previously belonged to the Robertson Family Trust. Portions of the land were tilled and rural water systems are already in place to support the cattle that currently graze the land. Jeff Robertson, son of the former landowners, acted as Executor of Estate over his parents’ assets. He and his attorney initially approached Kelvin Heck regarding a total of five tracts of land, all of which were in the process of being settled through his parents’ estate. This was the first of 5 tracts sold from the family estate.

“This land is a true representation of the type of beautiful rolling pastures Kansas has to offer,” said Kelvin Heck. “In addition to its fertile soil, the previous owner installed a really attractive, decorative windmill on the land, and that’s just something you don’t see as often in this day and age.”
