What does SIOR mean for you?
Land requirements don’t just apply to farms and ranches. Industrial and Office users are often on the search for development land. SIOR specialists are known as “Transaction Closers” by developers, lenders, and investors.
Top producing professionals close an average of more than 30 transactions per year. Holding an SIOR designation means being the best of the best. Members must meet SIOR’s production, education, and ethical requirements each year.
